Spring is here and I’m thrilled to put away winter coats, hats and scarves to make room for leg baring, toe exposing wardrobe pieces. Not only is Spring 2014 fashion refreshing and easy to incorporate into any wardrobe but some our favorite trends from last are making a comeback this season.
I’ve compiled a list of simple and easy go-to trends that will work for any budget, body type, or age.
#1 -The boyfriend jean is sticking around for spring! Pair the rocker inspired jeans with classic pieces for a fun contrast.
#2 -An off-the-shoulder blouse is perfect for any wardrobe– the slouchy over-sized look provides a cozy feel while the exposed skin adds just a hint of sassy and sex appeal.
#3 -The Panama Hat made an appearance last summer and I’m delighted to report the upgraded version of a fedora will be back. It’s the perfect hat for running errands or hanging out by the pool.
#4 -The Palazzo pant is by far my favorite spring trend. I have made them my official uniform for the season. These are the most versitale, comfortable and stylish pants you’ll ever wear. With a simple accessory change, the palazzo pant goes from grocery store to dinner date.
#5 -Shoe trends include block heels, mules, ankle strap sandals and last but not least…get ready to channel your inner 60’s hippie chick or 90’s grunge rocker because Birkenstocks are back with a bang!
